Common use of Sharing of Features and Service Sets Clause in Contracts

Sharing of Features and Service Sets. Licensees shall have access to, and full use of, system capabilities, services and feature sets that are generally provided to Clearwire's retail customers or wholesalers to mass market customers. Licensees shall have access to reasonably necessary support made available to Clearwire's commercial customers generally, and that is reasonably necessary for the Licensees to offer services to their Educational End Users as contemplated by their agreement. The Licensees shall have access to new capabilities, features and service sets within six months of the time that Clearwire makes them available to customers generally, but not earlier than the Commencement Date with respect to any particular IUA.
