Shift Clarification. For the purpose of clarification of sections 4.3 and 4.4, the member shall be deemed to be working two (2) shifts if the conclusion of any of their regular working shifts exceeds 6:00 pm and the member shall be deemed to be working three (3) shifts if the conclusion of any of their regular working shifts exceeds 2:00 am.
