Shift Preference for Contracted Police Services. A. If the Xxxxxx County Sheriff's Office contracts with a governmental jurisdiction for police protection, during the period of this contract, then a letter of understanding shall be established with this FOP Supervisory Bargaining Unit to determine how Shift Preference shall be determined for each particular contract.
