Shift Premium and Hours. A) Employees regularly employed on the second or third shift shall receive in addition to their regular pay for the pay period $0.40 and $0.65 cents per hour respectively additional compensation. B) The first shift is any shift that regularly starts on or after 4:00am but before 11:00am. The second shift is any shift that regularly starts on or after 11:00am but before 7:00pm. The third shift is any shift that regularly starts on or after 7:00pm but before 4:00am.
