Shift Turnaround Time Clause Samples
The Shift Turnaround Time clause defines the minimum required period between the end of one work shift and the start of the next for an employee. In practice, this clause ensures that employees are not scheduled for back-to-back shifts without adequate rest, such as mandating at least 8 or 12 hours off between shifts. Its core function is to protect employee well-being and prevent fatigue, thereby promoting workplace safety and compliance with labor regulations.
