Ship-To-Stock Program. The VENDOR will participate in the GTECH Ship-To-Stock program. This program requires that the VENDOR's product achieve a quality level sufficient for Ship-To-Stock status (minimum of 98% AQL) for a consecutive ninety (90) day period of shipment to GTECH. If, due to the VENDOR's inability to meet the Ship-To-Stock criteria, GTECH OEM Purchasing, with approval by VENDOR, said approval not unreasonably to be withheld, may recover all reasonable costs associated with continued unacceptable quality by taking a credit against the purchase price of the Products.

  • Long-Term Incentive Plans During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in the ongoing equity and other long-term awards and programs of the Company as determined in the sole discretion of the Board or a committee thereof.

  • Long-Term Incentives The Company shall provide the Executive the opportunity to earn long-term incentive awards under the current equity and cash based plans and programs or replacements therefor at a level commensurate with the current aggregate opportunity being provided to the Executive.
