Common use of Shipment Settings Clause in Contracts

Shipment Settings. In order to ensure that the maximum number of users take advantage of the low-power/‘sleep’ state, Program Participant shall ship its computers and/or integrated computer systems with the power management feature enabled. The default time for all products shall be pre-set for less than 30 minutes. (EPA recommends that the pre-set time be set between 15 and 30 minutes). The user shall have the ability to change the time settings or disable the sleep/low-power mode.
