Common use of Shipper Facilities Clause in Contracts

Shipper Facilities. Shipper, at its own expense, shall construct, equip, maintain, and operate all facilities (including separation, line heaters, and/or compression equipment) necessary to deliver Dedicated Production to Gatherer at the Receipt Points. Shipper shall install and maintain sufficient pressure regulating equipment upstream of the Receipt Points in order to keep the pressure of the Gas delivered to Gatherer at the Receipt Points from exceeding the maximum allowable operating pressure at the applicable Receipt Point. Gatherer shall design the Gas Gathering System to ANSI 300 standards or higher such that the maximum allowable operating pressure at each Receipt Point shall be not less than 740 psig.
