Shipping Packaging. Seller will comply, in all respects, with Buyer’s shipping and packaging requirements as amended or updated from time to time and as incorporated in this Contract by reference. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, any charges or costs relating to handling, packaging, storage or transportation of goods are borne by Seller and have been included in the piece price of the goods as set forth herein. Further, Seller will (a) properly xxxx, xxxx and ship goods in accordance with the requirements of Buyer, the involved carriers, and laws and regulations of the country of manufacture, the country of destination and any country in which the goods will be transported, including, without limitation, laws and regulations governing the handling and transportation of dangerous goods or hazardous materials; (b) route shipments in accordance with Buyer’s instructions and the terms and conditions stated in this Contract;
(c) provide with each shipment packing slips with Buyer’s Contract and/or release number and date of shipment marked thereon; (d) promptly forward the original xxxx of lading or other shipping documents for each shipment in accordance with Buyer’s instructions; and
(e) include on bills of lading or other shipping documents the correct classification of the goods. The marks on each package and identification of the goods on packing slips, bills of lading and invoices (when required) must be sufficient to enable Buyer to easily identify the goods purchased. .
Shipping Packaging. All product shipped to Newbridge shall be bulk --- ------------------ packaged in a master carton of appropriate design and size to provide security from physical damage.
Shipping Packaging. Supplier shall maintain a first in, first out (“FIFO”) inventory control system to ensure that nonconforming goods or prior supply versions are not inadvertently shipped to Align.
Shipping Packaging. Supplier will comply, in all respects, with the shipping and packaging requirements agreed to by Buyer and Supplier and as incorporated in this Contract by reference. Supplier will (a) properly pack and mark Product in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country of manufacture, including, without limitation, laws and regulations governing the handling and transportation of dangerous goods or hazardous materials; (b) provide with each shipment packing slips with Buyer’s Contract and/or release number and date of first loading marked thereon; (c) promptly forward the original bill of lading or other shipping documents for each shipment in accordance with Buyer’s instructions; and (d) include on bills of lading or other shipping documents the correct classification of the goods. The marks on each package and identification of the goods on packing slips, bills of lading and invoices (when required) must be sufficient to enable Buyer to easily identify the goods purchased.
Shipping Packaging. All deliveries of delivery items shall be ac- companied by a delivery note, which shall specifically include the order number, the number of items, the item numbers, a de- scription, the delivery date, the ordering body/person and the sender. BRUGG has the right to return the packaging material invoiced by the supplier to the sup- plier at the same price. The supplier shall bear the shipping costs for the return.
Shipping Packaging. Solectron will develop shipping packaging to meet NCR requirements. NCR should be able to buy small quantities of custom shipping packaging through the Purchase Order process. The cost to NCR shall be equal to Solectron’s material cost plus the average overhead burden rate which is applied to Products which Solectron manufactures for NCR.
Shipping Packaging. The shipment will be made at the risk of the AN. The risk of any degradation, including the accidental destruction, thus remains with the AN until delivery is made to the shipping address and/or the point of use specified by the AG. The take-back obligations for the packaging are oriented around the legal regulations. The goods are to be packaged in such a manner that transportation damages are ruled out. Packaging materials are only to be used within the scope required in order to achieve this goal. Only environmentally friendly packaging materials may be used.

Shipping Packaging. (1) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries will be made, carriage-paid, to the specified recipient address and will include packaging and transportation as well as customs clearance and the related duties. In the case of purchases that are concluded via intermediate carriers or from a particular shipping point, all expenses and freight up to handover to the main carrier will be paid by the Supplier.
(2) Shipping will be at the Supplier’s risk. The risk of any deterioration, including accidental destruction, will be borne by the Supplier until delivery at the specified shipping address.
(3) The requirement to take back packaging is as prescribed by statute. Goods must be packaged so as to avoid damage during transit. If, by special agreement, a charge is made for packaging, the full amount of such charge must be credited where the packaging is returned carriage paid. Unless otherwise agreed, the CE mark must be clearly displayed; the declaration of conformity and risk analysis must also be supplied where appropriate.
(4) Every consignment must be accompanied by a delivery note stating the following details: coneon GmbH order number, order item, exact description of goods, dimensions, gross/net weight, material/EDP number, plant where delivery is made (if applicable).
(5) Any required certificates of conformity must also be included in the consignment. coneon GmbH reserves the right to decline acceptance of consignments with incomplete delivery papers and to return these at the Supplier’s expense. If delegating the order to a subcontractor, the Supplier is responsible for the subcontractor’s compliance with such shipping requirements. The subcontractor must name its client in all documents.
