SHOP DRAWING FORM. Each drawing and/or series of drawings submitted must be accompanied by a letter of transmittal giving a list of the titles and number of the drawings. Each series shall be numbered consecutively for ready reference and each drawing shall be marked with the following information: (a) Date of Submission (b) Name of Project (c) Project Number (d) Location of Project (e) Name of submitting Contractor and Subcontractor (f) Revision Number (g) Specification and/or any drawing reference by article or sheet number.
