SHOP DRAWINGS AND OTHER SUBMITTALS. The following documents shall be submitted where required by the Contract Documents:
SHOP DRAWINGS AND OTHER SUBMITTALS. Coordinate the Project Architect’s review and approval of shop drawings, product data and other submittals by the General Contractor. Coordinate the delivery by the General Contractor to Owner of the guaranties, warranties, releases, affidavits, bonds, manuals, insurance certificates and other items required by the Project Construction Contract.
SHOP DRAWINGS AND OTHER SUBMITTALS. The CONTRACTOR is required to submit a complete list of shop drawings and other submittals to the Construction Manager, for DHHL and the consultant team’s review, by one week after the notice to proceed (NTP) is given, or at the pre-construction meeting, whichever comes first. The CONTRACTOR is then required to submit all submittals and shop drawings that are listed within ONE MONTH after the notice to proceed is given. The CONTRACTOR will not be given schedule or cost considerations for delay of materials if shop drawings or submittals are not submitted by this time.
SHOP DRAWINGS AND OTHER SUBMITTALS. A. For purposes of this subsection, the following definitions apply:
SHOP DRAWINGS AND OTHER SUBMITTALS. ENGINEER shall review and approved (or take other appropriate action in respect of) Shop Drawings and Samples and other data with Contractor is required to submit but only for conformance with the information given in the contract Documents and compatibility with the design concept of the completed Project as a functioning whole as indicated in the Contract Documents. Such reviews and approvals or other action will not extend to means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures or construction or to safety precautions and programs incident thereto. Single discipline reviews shall be completed in 30 calendar days and multi-discipline reviews will be completed in 45 days.
SHOP DRAWINGS AND OTHER SUBMITTALS. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MATCHING AND FITTING. Subcontractor shall submit to Contractor, within the time specified in Schedule I attached hereto, complete shop drawings, data, catalog cuts and samples as required by the Contract Documents. Approval of such shop drawings and other items listed herein by Contractor and/or Architect shall not relieve Subcontractor of its obligation to perform the Work in strict accordance with this Subcontract and the other Contract Documents, nor of its responsibility for the proper matching and fitting of the Work with contiguous work. Notwithstanding the dimensions given on the Plans, Specifications and other Contract Documents, it shall be the obligation and responsibly of Subcontractor to take such measurements as will insure fine proper matching and fitting of the Work covered by the Subcontract with contiguous work.
