Common use of Shopping Clause in Contracts

Shopping. Goods and Non-Consultants’ Services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $150,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Goods and Nonnon-Consultants’ Services consultant services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract contract, and works estimated to cost less than not exceeding in the aggregate $150,000 equivalent per contract5,470,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shoppingshopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

Shopping. Goods and Non-Consultants’ Services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and works contract, services (other than consultants’ services) estimated to cost less than $150,000 1,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shoppingshopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.5 of the Guidelines.

Shopping. Goods and Non-Consultants’ Consultant Services estimated to cost less than $50,000 100,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $150,000 350,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Goods and Nonnon-Consultants’ Services consultant services estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost less than $150,000 250,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Goods and Nonnon-Consultantsconsultants’ Services services estimated to cost less than $50,000 100,000 equivalent per contract contract, and works estimated to cost less than $150,000 equivalent per contract, 350,000 may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of ShoppingShopping procedures, and a standard request for quotations acceptable to the Bank.
