Common use of Shopping Clause in Contracts

Shopping. Works estimated to cost less than US$30,000 equivalent per contract, goods (other than vehicles) estimated to cost less than US$25,000 equivalent per contract, and all vehicles regardless of value, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Works estimated to cost less than US$30,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, goods estimated to cost less than US$50,000 equivalent per contract, and services (other than vehiclesconsultants’ services) estimated to cost less than US$25,000 10,000 equivalent per contract, and all vehicles regardless of value, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Works Goods estimated to cost less than US$30,000 $50,000 equivalent per contract, goods works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract and services (other than vehiclesconsultant’s services) estimated to cost less than US$25,000 $100,000 equivalent per contract, and all vehicles regardless of value, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Works Goods, other than vehicles, estimated to cost less than US$$30,000 equivalent per contract, goods (other than vehiclesb) vehicles estimated to cost less than US$25,000 $50,000 equivalent per contract but not exceeding an aggregate amount of $100,000 equivalent per Project Province, and (c) works estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, and all vehicles regardless of value, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.
