Common use of Shopping Clause in Contracts

Shopping. Goods estimated to cost $50,000 or less equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost $250,000 or less equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Goods Works estimated to cost $50,000 or less than US$100,000 equivalent per contract and works contract, goods estimated to cost $250,000 or less than US$50,000 equivalent per contract, and services (other than consultants’ services) estimated to cost less than US$10,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Goods (a) Works estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent per contract or less; and (b) goods and non-consultant services (including training-related expenses) estimated to cost $50,000 or less equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost $250,000 or less equivalent per contractless, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

Shopping. Goods Works estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent per contract or less and goods estimated to cost $50,000 or less equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost $250,000 or less equivalent per contractless, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. Non-consultant services (including training-related expenses) may also be procured under this method.

Goods Works estimated to cost $250,000 equivalent per contract or less and goods estimated to cost $50,000 or less equivalent per contract and works estimated to cost $250,000 or less equivalent per contractless, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping. Non-consultant services (including training- related expenses) may also be procured under this method.
