Short-listing of Applicants. 3.5.1 The credentials of eligible Applicants shall be measured in terms of their Experience Score. The sum total of the Experience Scores for all Eligible Projects shall be the „Aggregate Experience Score‟ of a particular Applicant. In case of a Consortium, the Aggregate Experience Score of each of its Members, who have an equity share of at least 26% (twenty six per cent) in such Consortium, shall be summed up for arriving at the combined Aggregate Experience Score of the Consortium. 3.5.2 The Applicants shall then be ranked on the basis of their respective Aggregate Experience Scores and short-listed for submission of Bids. The Authority expects to short-list up to 6 (six) pre-qualified Applicants for participation in the Bid Stage. The Authority, however, reserves the right to increase the number of short-listed pre-qualified Applicants by adding additional Applicant(s). 3.5.3 The Authority may, in its discretion, maintain a reserve list of pre-qualified Applicants who may be invited to substitute the short-listed Applicants in the event of their withdrawal from the Bid Process or upon their failure to conform to the conditions specified herein; provided that a substituted Applicant shall be given at least 30 (thirty) days to submit its Bid.
