Short Music Item Performance Fees. Payment of a Short Music Item Performance Fee shall permit the BBC to produce Short Music Items of up to a maximum of 10’ provided that they are given to promote something else (such as another production, event or a commercial recording) and that they can be produced in a period no longer than 2 hours.
