Short term shift transfers. Shift transfers of up to 30 days will be subject to job vacancies on the desired shift being available or there being another employee in the same classification and job willing to trade shifts. Requests to fill a vacancy on another shift may be made in writing by completing a transfer request form. The forms are available through the Human Resources department. Employees agreeing to trade shifts must obtain the approval of their supervisor and must notify the Human Resources Department prior to the transfer.
