Common use of Show Premises Clause in Contracts

Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, tenants (only during the last 6 months of the Term), brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others at any reasonable time, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises. Tenant may, at Tenant’s option, have a representative present during any such showing.

Tenant may, at Tenant’s option, have a representative present during any such showing.

Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, tenants (only during the last 6 months of the Term), brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others at any reasonable time, and to show the Premises to prospective tenants at any time during the last six (6) months of the Term or at any time that Tenant is, or has been within the previous three (3) months, in default of its obligations under this Lease, provided that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not unreasonably materially interfere with Tenant’s 's use of the Premises. Tenant may, at Tenant’s option, have a representative present during any such showing.
