Common use of Show Premises Clause in Contracts

Show Premises. To show the Premises to prospective purchasers, brokers, lenders, investors, rating agencies or others (except prospective tenants) at any reasonable time, and to show the Premises to prospective tenants during the last twelve (12) months of the Term, provided in each case that Landlord gives prior notice to Tenant and does not materially interfere with Tenant's use of the Premises.
