Common use of Showcases Clause in Contracts

Showcases. No showcase shall be placed in front of or in the lobbies or corridors of the Premises and Landlord reserves the right to remove all showcases so placed and all signs other than those above provided for, without notice and at the expense of the tenant responsible.
