SHPO Responsibilities. 1. SHPO is responsible for responding to FHWA and VTrans requests according to the terms of this Agreement. 2. SHPO will participate in site visits and meetings to discuss large or complex undertakings upon request by VTrans or FHWA, as staff time and resources permit. 3. SHPO is responsible for posting the final documentation on the Online Resource Center for public access.
