Sick Days Earned Sample Clauses
The "Sick Days Earned" clause defines how employees accumulate paid time off specifically for illness or medical needs. Typically, this clause outlines the rate at which sick days are earned—such as a certain number of days per month or year—and may specify eligibility requirements or limits on accrual. By clearly stating how and when sick days are granted, this clause ensures employees understand their entitlements and helps employers manage attendance and payroll consistently.
