Time Off. The company recognises that sufficient time off to attend to personal matters and for recreation are important to the employee’s wellbeing, job satisfaction and overall productivity. Accordingly, time off may be taken with the consent of the Company, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. In considering the approval to have time off, the Parties will have regard to the current works programme and the urgency of the reason for time off. In the event that time off is to be taken, it will be the employee’s obligation to advise the Company in advance or as soon as practicable on the day of absence, recognising that unplanned absences can cause costly disruption to programmed works and are a major source of annoyance for the company, other employees and clients. The object of offering flexible working hours is that in return employees will take very seriously their obligation to turn up when they are expected. In view of the disruption caused by unplanned and or notified absenteeism, repeated failure to observe the protocol for time off would constitute misconduct.
Time Off. By arrangement with their manager, an employee shall be permitted the time off without loss of normal pay, benefits or seniority to attend to the adjustment of their grievance.

Time Off. 7.08.01 Time off will be granted in accordance with the desires of the employee and consistent with the requirements of the Company. Time off granted under this Article will not exceed thirty (30) consecutive days, nor will two (2) or more requests result in the employee being granted time off for more than thirty (30) consecutive days.

During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to paid time off consistent with Company practice and policy for executive-level employees, but not less than 20 vacation days and 2 personal days per year, subject to pro ration for partial years. In addition, Executive shall be entitled to those paid holidays granted to Company employees while Executive is employed.

In additional to standard holidays, the Employee shall be entitled to take reasonable amounts of time off for vacation, illness, and personal matters during which period his salary shall be paid in full. Discretionary absences of longer than one week should be scheduled at such time or times as the Employee and the Corporation shall determine is mutually convenient.
Time Off. Reasonable time off without loss of regular pay from normal County work duties shall be accorded to an employee for the purpose of presenting a grievance, representing the grievant in a grievance proceeding or serving as a member of the Grievance Appeals Committee subject to the condition that before leaving the employee's usual duties the employee shall obtain the permission of the employee's immediate supervisor. Such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld.
