Sick Leave and Fringe Benefits. In the event of termination of this Agreement due to the Employee’s disability or death, the Bank shall pay the Employee (or his 1egal successors) the amount of his accrued but unused sick leave. The Employee shall be eligible to participate in, and receive benefits under the Bank’s sick leave plan and any other fringe benefit plans that are or may become applicable to the Bank’s executive officers.
