Sign Interpreter. 5. The notification of absence for personal leave in this section shall be made on a form provided by the Board prior to the absence. Such form shall include personal business that cannot be conducted outside of the workday. Whenever possible, notification should be made forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date of such leave.
