If Agency purchases Signal Sidearm Installation Service, Axon will provide one day of on-site Services and one professional services manager and will cover the installation of up 100 Signal Sidearm devices per package purchased. Agency is responsible for providing an appropriate work area and ensuring all holsters that will have Signal Sidearm installed onto them are available on the agreed-upon installation date(s). Installation includes: Proper placement of the Signal Sidearm Mounting Plate between the holster and the mount Reattachment of the holster to the mount using appropriate screws Functional testing of Signal Sidearm device

Purchases of 50 SSA units or more: Axon will provide one (1) day of on-site service and one professional services manager and will provide train the trainer instruction, with direct assistance on the first of each unique holster/mounting type. Customer is responsible for providing a suitable work/training area.
