Signatories Authority. By the execution hereof, the parties covenant that the provisions of this DA have been duly approved and signatories hereto are duly authorized to execute this DA.
Signatories Authority. 19.1 The respective signatories to this Agreement each represent that they are fully authorized to enter into this Settlement on behalf of the respective Parties for submission to the Court for preliminary and final approval.
