Other Acts definition

Other Acts means all other statutes which pertain to the management and operation of the Health Services for which the Board has been delegated authority by the Minister and the regulations made there under.

Other Acts means all other statutes which pertain to the management and operation of the Health Services for which the Board has been delegated authority by the Minister and the regulations made thereunder. These acts include, but are not limited to: the Health Act, the Hospital Act, the Hospital District Act, the Hospital Insurance Act, the Mental Health Act and the Continuing Care Act.
