Common use of Signature of the assaulted employee Clause in Contracts

Signature of the assaulted employee. The employee shall be granted a maximum of twenty (20) working days of assault leave. During assault leave, the employee shall be maintained on full pay basis, and the leave shall not be charged against sick leave or personal leave. At the expiration of the twenty (20) working days of assault leave, if the employee is still disabled, the employee may use his accumulated sick leave or apply for workers' compensation, if eligible, for the period of physical disability.
