Continuous Improvement PlanThe Association shall have a minimum of two (2) representatives on any committee working on a building or district-wide continuous improvement plan.
Continuous Improvement PlanAll issues pertaining to Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) shall be in accordance with this contract. All matters pertaining to wages, hours, or terms and other conditions of employment are subject to collective bargaining as stated in ORC 4117.08.
Continuous Improvement Plan. WPCS will continuously strive to strengthen and improve its operations, finances, and academic programs. It will do this through a formal Strategic Plan, also referred to as the Continuous Improvement Plan. The Plan will identify specific goals, metrics, and methods for improving in strategically important areas. The Plan will be submitted to the State Department of Education and the Charter Authorizer as required, and will be a routine reporting item for staff and Board meetings. The Continuous Improvement Plan will be evaluated using aggregate student achievement data, and other metrics. The Plan will be annually reviewed by the Principal and staff, with formal presentation of the Plan to the Board for approval. The Plan will be a “living document” and will be modified as appropriate to address the school’s needs and focus areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement PlanThe Board and the GTA agree that there shall be a continuous improvement plan CIP) each school year regardless of the District’s State Report Card status. The District’s CIP shall be reviewed and revised as needed by the Professional Development Committee and submitted to the Board for approval on an annual basis. The Board and the GTA will continue site-based committee for the duration of this Agreement.
Continuous Improvement PlanThe Charter School must comply with applicable provisions of the Accountability for School Performance and Improvement Law (IC 20- 31). As a part of that process, the Organizer must annually develop a Continuous Improvement Plan acceptable to the Executive Director of the OCS during the mid-term and/or end-of-term external reviews.‌‌ (a) The Continuous Improvement Plan shall serve as the Charter School’s three (3) year strategic and continuous school improvement and achievement plan as required by the applicable provisions of the Indiana Accountability for School Performance and Improvement statute (IC 20-31), and shall contain the elements of such a plan as required by that statute and shall have as its focus the plan of the Organizer of the Charter School to achieve the performance targets set forth in the University’s Accountability Framework. (b) The Continuous Improvement Plan, as modified from year to year and approved by the University, is here incorporated by reference and made a part of this Charter. (c) A copy of the Accountability Framework will be provided to the Organizer and will be available for review at all times in the OCS. (d) The Accountability Framework, as modified by the University from time to time, is here incorporated by reference and made a part of this Charter.
Continuous Improvement PlanProductivity improvements will be measured using established methods.(Appendix A ) (a) The average hourly output will be measured monthly to provide trends. (b) Delivery performance will be measured, based on the Company’s policy. The expected performance to be 95% or higher on orders delivered in 48 hours. (c) Safety standards should strictly comply with the requirements of the NSW Department of Workplace Health and Safety regulations. Records of accidents and near misses are to be recorded and monitored to provide data on trends. A commitment to continuous improvements and reduced incidence of accidents is the goal. (d) The Workplace shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition at all times. A regular routine of housekeeping is to be developed and checked by means of a list of areas monitored for compliance at regular intervals. (e) Multi-skilling of store persons to be sufficient to enable redistribution of tasks, in the event of employee absences. (f) KPI’s on their own will not be used to terminate employees. (g) The Consultative Committee will regularly monitor KPI’s.
Continuous Improvement Plan. The Company acknowledges that the District has adopted goals of streamlining its security operations and the expectation that the Company minimize and/or reduce costs while maintaining a high level of service during the term of this Contract. Toward that end, the Company shall present, upon the request of the District, recommendations for improving the efficiency of the security operations (i.e., reducing cost while maintaining high levels of security in the facilities). shall provide the District.

The parties acknowledge that this Amendment No. 2 contains Cabot and CMC Confidential Information subject to the provisions of Section 12.11 of the Agreement. In addition to the exclusions set forth in Section 12.11 (a) through (f) of the Agreement, each party may disclose Confidential Information of the other contained herein as required by law or regulation or pursuant to the rule of law or contractual undertakings with a stock exchange (collectively, the “Requirements”), provided however, that each party disclosing the Confidential Information of the other pursuant to any Requirement will use reasonable efforts to provide notification to the other party prior to any such public disclosure of the other party’s Confidential Information pursuant to the Requirements.
