Signature of the IDTA. 4.1 The Parties may choose to each sign (or execute): 4.1.1 the same copy of this IDTA; 4.1.2 two copies of the IDTA. In that case, each identical copy is still an original of this IDTA, and together all those copies form one agreement; 4.1.3 a separate, identical copy of the IDTA. In that case, each identical copy is still an original of this IDTA, and together all those copies form one agreement, unless signing (or executing) in this way would mean that the IDTA would not be binding on the Parties under Local Laws. In addition to the above, the Parties may choose that the signature takes the form of an Amendment to the Data Processing Agreement under the Master Agreement.
