Common use of Signed Grievances Clause in Contracts

Signed Grievances. Grievance processed in accordance with the provisions of this Article must be in writing and signed by the grieving party for submission to Step 4 and succeeding Steps. It is mutually understood that the words "Xxxxxxx" or "Quarry Manager" may be replaced by the word "Company" where appropriate. Time limits may be extended by mutual agreement.
