Common use of Signed Resolutions Clause in Contracts

Signed Resolutions. (a) A resolution signed by Unit Holders holding the required majority of Units (or, if there is only one Unit Holder, signed by the Unit Holder) will be a resolution of Unit Holders and will be taken as having been passed at a meeting of Unit Holders and at the time when the last of the Unit Holders constituting the required majority (or, if there is only one Unit Holder, when the Unit Holder) signs the resolution.
