Computation of Days. For the purpose of this Article, working days shall exclude weekends and statutory holidays.
Computation of Days. In computing any period of days or clear days under the by-laws of the Corporation or the Act, the period shall be deemed to commence on the day following the event that begins the period and shall be deemed to end at midnight on the last day of the period except that if the last day of the period falls on a holiday, the period shall end at midnight of the first day next following such day that is not a holiday.

In computing any time period prescribed or allowed in this Agreement, the day of the act, event or default from which the designated period of time begins to run shall not be included. The last day of the period so computed shall be included, unless it is not a Business Day, or, when the act to be done is the filing of a paper in court, a day on which weather or other conditions have made the clerk’s office inaccessible, in which event the period runs until the end of the next day which is not one of the aforementioned days.
Computation of Days. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or any Exhibit attached hereto, use of the term "days" shall mean calendar days. For purposes of this Agreement and all Exhibits attached hereto, "business days" shall mean every day of the week that City Hall of the City is open for business to the general public.
