Significant Organizational Change Notification. Engineer shall notify County immediately and in advance of any significant organizational change that could affect Engineer's ability to carry out all duties and responsibilities under this Agreement, including any change of Engineer's name or identity, ownership or control, or payee identification number. Engineer shall also provide written notice to County within 10 working days of the change. Engineer shall provide ownership information to County immediately upon any such change.
