Significant Suppliers. Set forth on SCHEDULE 5.11 is a true and correct list of Company's ten largest suppliers for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending December 31, 1997 and for the three (3) month period ending March 27, 1998, together with the amount attributable to such suppliers expressed in dollars and as a percentage of total supplies purchased. None of the suppliers identified on SCHEDULE 5.11 has terminated, materially reduced or threatened to terminate or materially reduce its supplies to Company during the period covered by such schedule.

Significant Suppliers. Set forth on SCHEDULE 5.11 is a true and correct list of each Company's ten largest suppliers for the most recent twelve (12) month period ending December 31, 1997 and for the three five and one-half (35 1/2) month period ending March 27June 15, 1998, together with the amount attributable to such suppliers expressed in dollars and as a percentage of total supplies purchased. None of the suppliers identified on SCHEDULE 5.11 has terminated, materially reduced or threatened to terminate or materially reduce its supplies to each Company during the period covered by such schedule.
