SIGNING OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The successful tenderer shall be bound to implement the contract by signing an agreement and conditions of contract with the respective establishments of SBI within 15 days from the receipt of intimation of acceptance of the tender by the SBI. However, the written acceptance of the tenders by the Bank will constitute a binding agreement between the Bank and successful tenderer whether such formal agreement is subsequently entered into or not.
