Contract Documents definition

Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
Contract Documents means collectively the Tender Documents, Designs, Drawings, Specification, Schedule of Quantities and Rates, Letter of Acceptance and agreed variations if any, and such other documents constituting the tender and acceptance thereof.
Contract Documents means the documents specified in Article1.1(Contract Documents) of the Contract Agreement (including any amendments to these Documents).

  • The Contract Documents consist of this Contract, any exhibits attached hereto (which exhibits are hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Contract), any fully executed Work Authorizations; any fully executed Supplemental Work Authorizations and all fully executed Contract Amendments (as defined herein in Article 14) which are subsequently issued.

  • The terms and conditions contained in this section shall survive the termination of the Contract and/or Contract Documents or the suspension of the work hereunder.

More Definitions of Contract Documents

Contract Documents means the purchase order, the Contractor’s Quotation, the RFQ and such other documents as listed in the purchase order, including all amendments or addenda agreed between the parties;
Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement,
Contract Documents means all documents that constitute any legal and binding agreement between the Vendor and the County, including these Standard Terms and Conditions.
Contract Documents means the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions for Bidders, completed Bid Form, General Conditions, Modifications to the General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions, Public Works Contract, other Special Forms, Drawings and Specifications, and all addenda and modifications thereof.

Contract Documents means the documents listed in Article 1.1 (Contract Document) of the Contract Agreement (including any amendments thereto).
Contract Documents means those documents so identified in the Agreement for Construction for this Project, including all Engineering/Architectural Documents. All terms defined in the General Conditions shall have the same meaning when used in this Agreement unless otherwise specifically stated or in the case of a conflict in which case the definition used in this Agreement shall prevail in the interpretation of this Agreement.
