Contract Documents definition

Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
Contract Documents means collectively the Tender Documents, Designs, Drawings, Specification, Schedule of Quantities and Rates, Letter of Acceptance and agreed variations if any, and such other documents constituting the tender and acceptance thereof.

  • If the Contractor defaults or neglects to carry out the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, or fails to perform any provision of the Contract, the Owner may, after seven (7) days' written notice to the Contractor, and without prejudice to any other remedy he may have, proceed to make such other necessary and reasonable arrangements to carry out the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, all at the expense of the Contractor, including the Owner's attorneys' fees and other costs.

More Definitions of Contract Documents

Contract Documents means the documents specified in Article1.1(Contract Documents) of the Contract Agreement (including any amendments to these Documents).
Contract Documents means collectively the Tender Documents, Designs, Drawings, Scope of Services, Specifications, Schedule of Rates (SOR), Letter of Acceptance and agreed variations if any, and such other documents constituting the tender and acceptance thereof.
Contract Documents means the purchase order, the Contractor’s Quotation, the RFQ and such other documents as listed in the purchase order, including all amendments or addenda agreed between the parties;
Contract Documents means the documents listed in Article 1.1 (Contract Document) of the Contract Agreement (including any amendments thereto).
Contract Documents means those documents so identified in the Agreement for Construction for this Project, including all City Documents and Information. All terms defined in the General Conditions shall have the same meaning when used in this Agreement unless otherwise specifically stated or in the case of a conflict in which case the definition used in this Agreement shall prevail in the interpretation of this Agreement.
Contract Documents means the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions for Bidders, completed Bid Form, General Conditions, Modifications to the General Conditions, Supplemental Conditions, Public Works Contract, other Special Forms, Drawings and Specifications, and all addenda and modifications thereof.
Contract Documents means all documents that constitute any legal and binding agreement between the Vendor and the County, including these Standard Terms and Conditions.
