Contract Documents definition

Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
Contract Documents means collectively the Tender Documents, Designs, Drawings, Specification, Schedule of Quantities and Rates, Letter of Acceptance and agreed variations if any, and such other documents constituting the tender and acceptance thereof.
Contract Documents means the documents specified in Article1.1(Contract Documents) of the Contract Agreement (including any amendments to these Documents).

  • Changes in or additions to the proposal forms, recapitulations of the work proposal upon, alternative proposals or any other modifications of the proposal form which are not specifically called for in the Contract Documents may result in the OWNER'S rejection of the proposal as not being responsive to the Notice to Contractors Inviting Proposals.

  • Proposers are notified to examine thoroughly the proposal form, information for Proposers, the form of Agreement, bonds, and the other Contract Documents.

More Definitions of Contract Documents

Contract Documents means the purchase order, the Contractor’s Quotation, the RFQ and such other documents as listed in the purchase order, including all amendments or addenda agreed between the parties;

All terms defined in the General Conditions shall have the same meaning when used in this Agreement unless otherwise specifically stated or in the case of a conflict in which case the definition used in this Agreement shall prevail in the interpretation of this Agreement.
