Signing of Warrant Certificates. Warrant Certificates shall be signed by any one of the directors or officers of the Company and may, but need not be under the corporate seal of the Company or a reproduction thereof. The signature of any such director or officer may be mechanically reproduced in facsimile or other electronic format and Warrant Certificates bearing such facsimile or other electronic format signatures shall be binding upon the Company as if they had been manually signed by such director or officer. Notwithstanding that the person whose manual or electronic signature appears on any Warrant Certificate as a director or officer may no longer hold office at the date of issue of the Warrant Certificate or at the date of certification or delivery thereof, any Warrant Certificate Authenticated or signed as aforesaid shall, subject to Section 2.4, be valid and binding upon the Company and the registered holder thereof will be entitled to the benefits of this Indenture.

Any Warrant Certificate which has the applicable signatures as hereinbefore provided shall be valid notwithstanding that one or more of the persons whose signature is printed, lithographed or mechanically reproduced no longer holds office at the date of issuance of such certificate. The Warrant Certificates may be engraved, printed or lithographed, or partly in one form and partly in another, as the Warrant Agent may determine.

Any Warrant Certificate validly issued in accordance with the terms of this Indenture in effect at the time of issue of such Warrant Certificate shall, subject to the terms of this Indenture and applicable law, validly entitle the holder thereof to acquire Warrant Shares, notwithstanding that the form of such Warrant Certificate may not be in the form currently required by this Indenture.
