SIGNS AND NOTICES. 11.1 No owner or resident, excluding the Developer during the Development Period, of a section used for residential purpose shall place any sign, notice, billboard or advertisement of any kind whatsoever on any part of the common property or a section, that is visible from the outside of the section without the prior written consent of the trustees.

SIGNS AND NOTICES. Grantee may, at its sole expense, post signs and notices to survey, mark, and monument the boundaries of the Property, identify and interpret natural environmental features, promote on-site activities permitted on the Property, give road or trail directions, or control unauthorized entry or use as described herein. Grantee shall not post signs or notices to or upon Grantor’s trees. Grantee shall notify the Grantor orally or in writing of Xxxxxxx’s intention to post signs at least 30 days in advance of doing so.

SIGNS AND NOTICES. No sign, advertisement or notice referring to Tenant shall be inscribed, painted, affixed or otherwise displayed on any part of the exterior or the interior of the Building (other than signs within the Premises that are not visible outside of the Premises) except on the directories and the doors of offices and such other areas as are designated by Landlord, and then only in such place, number, size, color and style as are approved by Landlord. All of Tenant's signs that are approved by Landlord shall be installed by Landlord at Tenant's cost and expense. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for such amount upon written demand from Landlord and such sum shall be considered additional rent hereunder. If any sign, advertisement or notice that has not been approved by Landlord is exhibited or installed by Tenant, Landlord shall have the right to remove the same at Tenant's expense. Landlord shall have the right to prohibit any advertisement of or by Tenant which in its opinion tends to impair the reputation of the Building or its desirability as a high-quality office building and, upon written notice from Landlord, Tenant shall immediately refrain from and discontinue any such advertisement. Landlord reserves the right to affix, install and display signs, advertisements and notices on any part of the exterior or interior of the Building except the Premises.
