Signs and Notifications. After Closing the Purchaser shall remove any signs which indicate the Vendor’s ownership or operation of the Purchased Assets. It shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser, where necessary, to erect or install any signs that may be required by governmental agencies indicating the Purchaser to be the operator of the Assets and to notify other working interest owners, gas purchasers, suppliers, contractors, governmental agencies and any other person of the Purchaser’s interest in the Purchased Assets.
