Signs, Response Plans, Etc. Tenant shall be responsible for posting on the Premises any signs required under applicable Environmental Laws in connection with Tenant's use of the Premises or obligations under this Section 5.4. Tenant shall also complete and file any business response plans or inventories required by any applicable laws in connection with Tenant's use of the Premises or obligations under this Section 5.4. Tenant shall concurrently file a copy of any such business response plan or inventory with Landlord.
