Similar Materials and Services. Subject to the confidentiality provisions of this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement precludes or limits Us, Our business partners, licensors, or suppliers in any way from providing materials or services that are similar to materials or services provided or contemplated in this Agreement or developing deliverables or other materials or services that are similar to or compete with any materials or services developed as a result of this Agreement, regardless of their similarity to any Materials, including Deliverables. We and Our business partners, licensors, or suppliers are free to use any concepts, processes, techniques, improvements or other know-how developed in the course of performance of this Agreement (even if similar to materials, products and services provided hereunder) free from any use restriction or payment obligation. For the avoidance of doubt, but subject to this Agreement, including this Section 2.3, We do not claim any rights to Your Confidential Information.
