SIMILAR SERVICES. It is expressly understood and agreed that nothing herein shall be construed to prevent, prohibit or restrict Manager or any Affiliate of Manager from providing the same or similar services as those provided under this Agreement to any other Person or from manufacturing, selling, owning, leasing, managing or otherwise dealing in Other Railcars; provided that no such activity shall in any way diminish the obligations of Manager hereunder.
