Simultaneous actions at Completion. In respect of Completion:
(a) the obligations of the parties under this agreement are interdependent; and
(b) unless otherwise stated, all actions required to be performed by a party at Completion are taken to have occurred simultaneously on the Completion Date.
Simultaneous actions at Completion. In respect of Completion:
(a) the Obligations of the Vendors and the Buyer under this agreement are interdependent; (b) unless all obligations of the parties are complied with and fully effective, Completion will not occur; and
Simultaneous actions at Completion. No party is obliged to complete this Agreement unless the other parties comply with all their obligations under this Clause 4 and Schedule 3 (Completion Requirements).
Simultaneous actions at Completion. (a) The obligations of the parties under this document are interdependent and all actions required to be performed on or at Completion will be taken to have occurred simultaneously on the Second Placement Completion Date.
(b) No delivery or payment will be deemed to have been made at Second Placement Completion until all deliveries and payments due to be made at Second Placement Completion have been made.

(a) the obligations of Cerro and Spinco under this document are interdependent; and
(b) all actions required to be performed will be taken to have occurred simultaneously on the Asset Transfer Implementation Date.

(a) the obligations of the Parties under this Agreement are interdependent; and

(a) the obligations of each Party under this agreement are interdependent;
(b) all actions required to be performed will be taken to have occurred simultaneously on the Completion Date; and
(c) no Party shall be obliged to complete the sale and purchase of any part of the CN unless the sale and purchase of the entire CN is completed simultaneously.
Simultaneous actions at Completion. In respect of Completion:
(a) the obligations of the parties under this agreement and the NZ Agreement are interdependent;
(b) all actions required to be performed under this agreement and the NZ Agreement will be taken to have occurred simultaneously on the Completion Date; and
(c) the Purchaser need not complete the purchase of any Shares unless the purchase of all the Shares, and the purchase of shares under the NZ Agreement, are completed simultaneously.
