Completion Requirements. In respect of any Non-Leased Property, that all Scheduled Renovation Work for such Property has been completed in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the Renovation Standards and all costs and expenses in respect thereof, including labor and materials, have been paid in full.
Completion Requirements means, in respect of any Non-Stabilized Property, that (i) all Scheduled Renovation Work for such Property has been completed in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements, in each case, in all material respects, (ii) such Property satisfies the Renovation Standards in all material respects and is in a good, safe and habitable condition, and (iii) such Property has been leased to the initial Eligible Tenant pursuant to an Eligible Lease and all leasing costs and commissions in respect to such initial leasing have been paid in full.

Completion Requirements means (i) the achievement of Final Completion and (ii) the performance of any other work that Seller determines in its reasonable discretion is required to complete the applicable Project (including, with respect to the Javelina Wind Project, the installation of any harmonic filters, and with respect to the Nokota Wind Project, the installation of the aircraft lighting and detection system).

Completion Requirements has the meaning given in subsection 3.4.
Completion Requirements means (i) issuance of all Development Approvals, Final Permits and/or compliance with all requirements under applicable laws required to operate the New Digital Billboard and the expiration of all applicable challenge periods related to the foregoing without the filing of any challenge or appeal (or if a challenge or appeal has been filed, such challenge or appeal has been resolved on terms reasonably satisfactory to Developer), as evidenced by written notice thereof from Developer to the City, and (ii) completion of construction of the New Digital Billboard, such that Developer can immediately commence operation of the New Digital Billboard (as determined by Developer in its reasonable discretion), as evidenced by written notice thereof from Developer to the City.
Completion Requirements means (i) delivery of a Certificate of Substantial Completion signed by the general contractor, the owner, and the project architect indicating that such Hotel is substantially complete, (ii) issuance by appropriate governmental authorities of a permanent, unqualified certificate of occupancy, (iii) issuance of an endorsement to the title policy for such Hotel deleting any general lien exception and all specific liens as exceptions from the title policy, and (iv) receipt by the Agent of documentation satisfactory to the Agent as to matters of zoning.

  • Performance Requirements The ordering entity reserves the right to inspect and verify that all deliveries are in accordance with specifications, both at the point of delivery and at the point of use. For orders that specify an “authorized party” to receive and inspect deliveries and/or installations, acceptance and inspection procedures must be performed by the” authorized party” to be considered and accepted by the ordering entity.
