Single Audit Act Certification. If the audit is required to meet the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, as amended, and Uniform Guidance, the Contractor certifies that neither it nor any of its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from performing audits by any Federal department or agency.
