Common use of Single Premium Credit Insurance Clause in Contracts

Single Premium Credit Insurance. No Mortgagor is offered or required to purchase single premium credit insurance in connection with the origination of the related Mortgage Loan. (ooo) MIP Insurance. With respect to each Mortgage Loan to be insured by HUD or the VA, after the funding of the Purchased Mortgage Loan and payment of any premium thereafter, all insurance premiums (“MIP”) payable to HUD or the VA, as applicable, in connection with such Mortgage Loan were paid within the timeframe required by such agency to avoid the imposition of any late fees or penalty fees.
