Single Seal. Apply emulsion to the existing surface followed immediately by an application of aggregate using Table 660-1 and requirements in the contract. Uniformly spread the full required amount of aggregate in one application and correct all non- uniform areas before rolling. Immediately after the aggregate has been uniformly spread, perform rolling as previously described.
