Common use of Site Damage Clause in Contracts

Site Damage. The Contractor shall be responsible for restoring the physical Site to its original status if said damage is the result of the Contractor. The District shall determine whether the Contractor shall remedy the damage or have a third party shall remedy the damage, to be compensated by the Contractor. The District shall have the authority to back-charge the contract amount or receive reimbursement from the Contractor related to remedying such damage.
